GENERAL SERVICE

This is your go-to regular service that you should get every 6-12 months depending on the riding you do and the bike you have. In this service, your wheels and chain are removed and your whole drive train is scrubbed clean in the environmentally friendly SmartWasher. Your frame and wheels are washed with warm soapy water, and then the assembly process begins. After the wheels are checked for true, they're put back on the bike. Brakes are adjusted, then the gears are adjusted and then final step is a safety check where every bolt is tightened to the manufacturers specifications.

Every service comes with a report that details what was done and why and points out things to consider for the next service.

General Services are $195 and take about 2 hours to complete.

FULL SERVICE

This is the full shebang, and should be done every 12-18 months depending on the riding you do and the bike you have. The Full Service includes everything in the General Service but takes a deep dive into your drive train and fork.

The derailleurs and crankset are removed to allow for thorough cleaning and inspection of the bottom bracket. The fork is dropped out to allow for the removal, inspection, cleaning a degreasing of the headset bearings.

In the case of a disc brake bike, the callipers and pistons are serviced to improve braking performance and eliminate disc rubbing and the braking system is bled to remove air and contaminates.

This service is highly recommended if you have an undiagnosed creak, there is a high chance it will be solved through this service.

Full Services start at $260 for rim brake bikes and $295 for disc brake bikes and takes between 3 to 4 hours to complete.
