Why Convert to an E-Bike?

Value

Converting your exisiting bike to an E-bike is not a cheap exercise but its much better value than purchasing a new, cheap e-bike. I use only quality motors (CYC and Bafang) and batteries that are sourced through an Australian distributor, giving you piece of mind that they will last for years and not short circuit on you.

Sustainability

Converting your existing bike will significantly prolong its useful life keeping it out of landfil for longer. Alternatively, cheap e-bike's tend to break after light use and end up in landfill after 1 or 2 years. The best part is, the conversion is completely reversible and transferable should you want to switch the motor to a different bike in the future.

Comfort

The bike you have is already familiar and most likely fits you well. Cheap E-bikes usually only come in one, maybe two sizes which means they're unlikely to fit you correctly.

Convenience

If you're thinking about getting a second (or first?) car consider an e-bike instead. There is not a lot you can't do on an e-bike and the parking is unbeatable.
